Nothing has worked.Īlso, very oddly, if the device is plugged into my PC before the PC is powered on, it will stall out booting indefinitely. I've tried the installer with administrator privlidges, in compatibility mode, installing, rebooting, then plugging the Scarlett in. It just cycles and flashes all its lights. If I install the driver with the 2.5.1 Installer, and plug the Scarlett in, it doesn't even appear in Device Manager.
It wont recognise any driver, even searching in the Focusrite Programs folder. Going into Device Manager without the driver installed shows "Scarlett 2i2" with no drivers. If I run the Focusrite software, it tells me there is no recognised device plugged in. No matter how I've gone about trying to install the driver, it has no errors, but the device just cycles the USB light and Gain LED's.
I only have the latest driver, as no CD came with the device. And I'm having bulk issues-So I'm going to bulk ramble the things I've tried so far įirstly, I cannot get the driver to install correctly. About an hour ago I excitedly booted my PC to install my new Focusrite Scarlett 2i2.
